This well-appointed villa is situated at Bois D’ Orange and offers spectacular views out over the Caribbean and Reduit Beach, with Pigeon Island and neighbouring island Martinique to the north. The secluded beach of Trouya is a short walk away, and the Windjammer Landing Hotel is a short drive away, offering villa guests the chance to purchase water sports activities, kids club membership and dine at the many restaurants. Rodney Bay is a 10 minute drive away and is the entertainment hub of St Lucia with a wealth of restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
Due to its cliff top location, this villa is not suitable for parties with small children or those with walking difficulties.
There are three spacious bedrooms at the villa with air conditioning and en-suite facilities. The master bedroom is furnished with two double beds and has a choice of two patios – one with a lovely sea view and the other overlooking the beach. The second bedroom has a king size bed with its own dedicated patio. Bedroom 3 has two single beds.
A spacious sitting/dining area opens out onto a generous patio area, complete with seating for al fresco dining. There is a great entertainment centre with cable TV, DVD player and VCR, tapes can be rented locally. The patio commands lovely views out over the area. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped and there is a laundry area for your convenience.
The villa sits as part of a large landscaped garden with a pool and decking area. The house is equipped with a burglar alarm, and there is a generator for use in case of power cuts.
There is the services of a housekeeper 6 days a week.
Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
