Part of the exclusive Cap Estate, and nestled on a hillside, the Pepperpoint Villa enjoys a fabulous view out across the gardens and lush landscape, with the Atlantic Ocean & Caribbean Sea providing a stunning backdrop.
A mere 5 minute drive from the championship 18-hole course at the St Lucia Golf and Country Club, and a similar distance to the Beach at Smuggler’s Cove. The property is fenced and gated to ensure privacy and security.
The three bedrooms have located upstairs and have air conditioning and en-suite facilities. All bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with the master featuring a large private balcony overlooking the ocean. There is one king room, one queen room and one with two single beds which can be turned into a king size bed. All three rooms also benefit from ceiling fans and netting.
The main entrance leads into an open-plan kitchen and dining area, with the living room on the same level which opens out onto the patio at the front of the property. Bathed in natural light and benefitting from the cooling trade winds, the indoor areas also have fans to assist with air circulation on particularly hot days. The outside patio flows into the pool decking area and gazebo – a great place to sit and relax with a book or soak up the sun. The gardens surrounding the property are scattered with fruit trees that are ripe for picking, if you want you can ask the housekeeper to prepare juices from the delicious bounty.
As for entertainment there is a music centre with ipod docking, as well as cable TV and DVD player.
A housekeeper comes in 6 days a week.
Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
