





Welcome to Mer Soleil. This stunning 4-bedroom luxury villa is situated in the exclusive Mount du Cap development, a private and gated residential neighborhood. Mer Soleil boasts mesmerizing sea views out to Martinique and of the Caribbean Sea. Using his trademark Coral Stone, renowned Architect Ian Morrison fashioned what can only be described as a perfect marriage of Caribbean elegance and modern contemporary design. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, wine-chiller, microwave, and blender to cater to any of your culinary preferences. Indoor dining seats up to 8 guests, or one can opt to dine al fresco under the garden gazebo. The cleverly designed indoor-outdoor living room boasts panoramic views out to sea whilst affording a bird's eye view of the pool and deck area below. The living room comes equipped with a flat screen TV and DVD player along with a small selection of books, DVD movies and board games. With convenience and comfort in mind, there is a powder room located just off the living area. Located on the top floor is the most private of all 4 bedrooms with a queen size bed, a private patio and an ensuite bathroom. The remaining 3 bedrooms are located on the lower level, 2 who of which have queen size beds and one bedroom has two twin beds which can be converted into a king bed upon request. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom; each cleverly designed to afford maximum comfort and convenience. Additionally, each bedroom has air conditioning, a balcony and a spectacular view. The villa is designed to capture the cooling sea breezes or you can opt to take advantage of the ceiling fans, conveniently located throughout the villa to stay comfortable even on the hottest of summer days, that is, if not in the pool! There is ample deck space around the pool with chairs and sun loungers to accommodate maximum occupancy. A covered gazebo houses the alfresco dining area with a wet bar and a professional barbeque unit. The ambience of the house is complimented by the wonderfully landscaped grounds, resplendent with an array of tropical plants and flowers. The garden is further enhanced by a garden pond, a perfect spot for bird lovers! Please note property is not suited to children under the age of 12 years and our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk. Property is equipped with an alarm system, which is monitored and responded to by Guardsman. Staffing - maid and cook service 6 days a week, 9 am - 3 pm & 8:30 am - 3:30 pm respectively. Gardener - 3 times weekly, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

This property is a non smoking property. External areas ONLY may be utilised for the smoking of cigarettes / cigars. Also if any illegal substances are located or found on the property the result will be immediate eviction and charges may be levied against you.
Please note check in is at 2 pm and check out is at 12 noon. Late check outs can be granted upon request, subject to availability, and after paying an applicable fee of US$100.00.
All damages and/ or missing items are accountable under the damages contract signed directly with Tropical Villas St. Lucia or with your Tour Operator or Travel Agent. All charges are to be settled prior to departure. International calls cannot be made from the telephones at the villas, unless a cash deposit or credit card pre-authourisation is made and then these lines can be opened. Once this is done, guests are then liable for all international calls made from the telephone line. This also includes international toll free numbers dialled outside of the country as these DO incur charges locally. No pets are allowed on the property. All bookings are subject to a 25% non refundable deposit required to confirm a reservation and the balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. For Christmas / New Years bookings, a 50% Non refundable deposit is required and the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover you in the eventuality of a cancellation. Please note that villas are for the exclusive use of resident guests only. Any extra guests must be pre-advised and pre-arranged through Tropical Villas Management.
