Acacia Villa is a light, cool and spacious villa situated at Becune Point, Cap Estate. The villa is completely fenced and gated and is situated on a hillside in an acre of lush landscaped gardens and gently sloping lawns. The villa enjoys a wonderful breeze all year round with fabulous views out to Pigeon Island National Park, and across the Martinique Channel towards the French island of Martinique.
You enter the house into an expansive cool, light living/dining room, which is well furnished and equipped with Cablevision TV, DVD, Stereo and an I-pod speaker system. A spacious front veranda leads off the sitting room and is fully furnished with lounge chairs and a dining suite for alfresco dining. Relax here and enjoy the wonderful views. The back patio is extensive and very private, with a covered sitting area and further shaded and open areas. There is a large swimming pool, an 8 person jacuzzi and a covered bar area with a built in barbeque.
The first floor comprises of three air-conditioned double bedrooms; all with ceiling fans. The master suite features a four poster king size bed, Cablevision TV and a spacious en-suite shower room. Bedroom II has a queen size bed with an en-suite shower room and bedroom III has a king size bed and an adjacent shower room. A well equipped modern kitchen and attached laundry room complete the house. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, fridge / freezer and stove.
A separate ground floor annex is available for those guests wishing to house a larger party. This comprises two air-conditioned double bedrooms (with 2 single beds in each room) with shared bathroom facilities. A separate air conditioned room is available upon request. A sitting area and kitchenette finish off the ground floor annex accommodation. There is a large covered patio area with views of the lush garden area in front of the house. Anse Becune and the Causeway beaches and the Pigeon Island National Park are approximately a 10-15 minute walk away. An 18 hole championship golf course, the St. Lucia Golf and Country Club, is a 5 minute drive away.

This property is a non smoking property. External areas ONLY may be utilised for the smoking of cigarettes / cigars. Also if any illegal substances are located or found on the property the result will be immediate eviction and charges may be levied against you.
Please note check in is at 2 pm and check out is at 12 noon. Late check outs can be granted upon request, subject to availability, and after paying an applicable fee of US$100.00.
International calls cannot be made from the telephones at the villas, unless a cash deposit or credit card pre-authourisation is made and then these lines can be opened. Once this is done, guests are then liable for all international calls made from the telephone line. This also includes international toll free numbers dialled outside of the country as these DO incur charges locally.
No pets are allowed on the property.
