Up in the hills that formed part of an old sugar plantation in the north of St Lucia, Residence du Cap resides on three quarters of an acre as part of the Cap Estate. Elegant and stylish, the property commands views out over the Caribbean Sea, Pigeon Island in the close distance and further afield to the south the Piton World Heritage Site. The main house accommodates 3 bedrooms over its two floors, and there is a self-contained guest cottage serving as a fourth bedroom. This cottage is great for guests or in-laws staying with the main group.
Please note this property is non-smoking and only outside areas may be used for this purpose. International calls may be made from the telephone once a sash deposit or card-authorisation is made in advance, with all charges being made to the guests.
There are 3 double bedrooms on the first floor of the main property and all benefit from air conditioning, en-suite facilities and magnificent views. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and a private balcony
The cottage and its separate bedroom share all the same facilities as the bedrooms in the main house.
A footbridge leads you from the car park into the airy and open plan living/dining area. Beyond there is a modern and fully-equipped kitchen. At the rear of the villa is a spacious patio area and courtyard with seating and French doors opening onto the veranda where there is also a private pool. The sun deck allows you to soak up the sun and relax.
A housekeeper is included 6 days a week from 8am to 3.30pm (mon-sat). There is also a garden and pool maintenance service once a week. Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
