The Great Room: For the most discerning diners, the Great Room evokes Old World colonial charm while serving up Caribbean-influenced delicacies in candlelit, air-conditioned surroundings. The Great Room is open every night for Dinner

The Bayside Dinner: Enjoy Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at Bayside Restaurant.
Set on the white powder sands of one of the island’s most beautiful beaches, The Bayside restaurant in St Lucia offers relaxed a la carte dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Breakfast: 7:00am - 11:00am
Lunch: 12:30pm - 3:00pm
Dinner: 6:30pm - 11:00pm

Dress code for Breakfast & Lunch, Casual: T-shirts or polo shirts, shorts or jeans, sundresses or skirts. Bathing suit cover-ups and footwear are required. Dress code for Dinner, Resort Upscale: Dress T-shirts or polo shirts, dress shorts, slacks or jeans, sundresses or skirts and similar apparel. Bathing suits are not permitted and footwear is required.

The Bayside Bar: Set right on the beach, the Bayside Bar serves a relaxed beach menu, with a range of selections including pizza baked in a wood-fired oven and other international favorites. Hours: 7am - 11pm

The Cane Bar: Sample the planet’s best aged rums in this new specialty St Lucia rum bar, designed with a chic white-and-charcoal palette, glowing white bar, and comfortable, oversized furniture. The Cane Bar also provides a professional “rummelier” to aid in the selection of the expertly chosen native and international rums.

In addition to the offerings b ehind the bar, The Cane Bar features a range of decadent dishes to perfectly accompany your chosen libation. Enjoy a fresh-caught sashimi or sushi platter, try the slider trio featuring fish, chicken and beef topped with caramelized onions and organic arugula, or feast on freshly grilled chicken, beef or vegetarian satay served with traditional satay sauce and bok choy kimchi.

Dish selections may change according to market availability. Guests must be 18 years or older.

Spa

The Rainforest Spa at Sugar Beach Viceroy features tree house treatment rooms, an Amerindian steam dome, and specialist skin care clinic perched along a lively stream in the lush tropical forest at the base of Petit Piton. Treatments are designed to be as nourishing on the outside of the body as their ingredients are on the inside. 

There are seven traditionally built tree house treatment rooms at the new Rainforest Spa, a wetroom with manicure and pedicure facilities, a relaxation pavilion, and an earthen Amerindian steam dome.

Val Des Piton Wedding - FREE valid when you stay 7 nights or more 

Includes: Marriage licence, legal fees in St Lucia, registrar's fee, Champagne reception, decorated wedding arch, romantic breakfast in bed morning after ceremony, single tier wedding cake, tropical flower bouquet & groom's boutonniere are included.
