The BodyHoliday is situated within 18 acres of lush tropical gardens on the beautiful and secluded Cariblue Beach, which is on the Northwest tip of the island on the exclusive Cap Estate. The BodyHoliday is one of the most well established spa resorts in the Caribbean and is unique with the huge amount of spa and sporting facility it offers.

The BodyHoliday gives you an amazing amount of complimentary body treatments, in fact 1 50 minute elemis treatment a day for him or her (excluding arrival and departure days). One day enjoy a Hydrotherapy treatment, and the next a Aromaspa Ocean Wrap - the list is endless or why not choose one of the outstanding array of sporting activities from Tennis, Golf, Cycling, Fencing, Archery, Volleyball, Aerobics, tai chi, yoga, pilates, meditation, circuit training, box fit, bicycle tours, circus arts and gymnastics, and lastly morning walks. You can choose to lie on the beautiful Cariblue Beach whilst deciding whether to water-ski, windsurf, or scuba dive but please note that although the included dives are beach dives, boat dives are available at a charge.

Honeymoons:

Honeymooners will receive - a tropical flower arrangement in your room on arrival. A sunset experience comprising of a bottle of sparkling wine or wine served along with a savoury platter on your balcony on an evening of your choice. A time for two Aromatheraoy massage.
