Restaurants and Bars

Two brand new restaurants at Coconut Bay

Calabash, the new A La Carte restaurant, specialising in Caribbean Fusion and Creole inspired dishes, you can choose from a selection of fresh fish and seafoods, meat and vegetarian dishes all with a Caribbean twist.A dress code applies, reservations required.

Capri is the new Italian restaurant, where you can dine in a relaxed candlelit al fresco setting, local ingredients infused with traditional Italian favourites.

Coconut Walk buffet restaurant, for adults and families, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner;Silk for gourmet Asian fusion; Bites Beach Grill for snacks and light meals; Caribbean Nights themed dinners two nights each week.

Lobby Bar; Peter John’s in the lounge and disco, Catz Meow and the all essential Swim-up pool bar. 

Water Activities              

The resort is home to three swimming pools and a magnificent water park. Located on the North beachfront, the Coconut Bay Water Park features a spectacular free-form pool with waterfalls, 2 exhilarating waterslides (1 open, 1 enclosed, 40 feet high) and a lazy river (approx 750 linear feet) for tubing. An impressive pool deck surrounds a centrally located pool with swim-up bar. Just beyond the open-air lobby and overlooking the ocean is an additional free-form pool.  An intimate adult only “quiet pool” (with its own bar) is located near the spa, and children have their own water feature play area at the children’s activity centre.

A variety of activities are available including pool volleyball, water aerobics, four tennis courts (group lessons), full-size basketball court and fitness centre.
