The all-inclusive beachfront Coconut Bay Resort and Spa, which has 250 guestrooms, set amidst a forest of coconut palms, the resort is situated on 85 beautifully landscaped acres on the lush tropical island of St. Lucia, in an oceanfront setting, in close proximity to many of the island’s attractions and adventure activities.

Located just a few minutes’ drive from St. Lucia’s Hewanorra Int’l Airport on the island’s south eastern shore, guests begin their Coconut Bay holiday within minutes of their arrival on the island.

SPA Rooms

All of the above SPA rooms will include a daily treatment (from a selection of up to 50min treatments at the Spa) per person, excluding day of arrival and departure. Non transferable.

 

Junior Suite Ocean View Harmony

These rooms will have a separated lounge area, King Size beds, marble bathrooms, offer bathrobes and slippers, fully stocked mini bar and offer a nightly turn down service. All with panoramic views of the ocean

Restaurants & Bars

Coconut Walk - Located adjacent to the airy lobby, Coconut Walk is Coconut Bay's main restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. The casual buffet-style dinning room features an internationally inspired menu to ensure all guests have a variety of culinary options to choose from. Breakfast consists of everything from an omelet station to bacon and eggs to a variety of fresh fruits, pastries and cereals. For lunch, guests can choose from fresh salads, soups and hot entrées. Dinner at Coconut Walk has a 14-day rotating menu, so even guests staying longer than a week can experience an assortment of daily choices.

Silk - Modern Asian cuisine is served at Silk where red décor, superb service and fresh ingredients set the mood. Our chefs specialize in fusing local ingredients into Mandarin-inspired dishes. Seating schedules accommodate both families and couples. Reservations for Silk must be made in advance in the lobby. Calabash - Revive your taste buds in Calabash*, the resort’s new Caribbean specialty restaurant showcasing Creole and Caribbean cuisine. Guests will delight in new menu offerings with appetizers and main courses featuring curry and jerk seasonings, fresh seafood, salads, steak and delicious tropical desserts. Reservations for Calabash must be made in advance in the lobby.

Capri - Looking to grab a bite while enjoying the ocean breeze? Visit Capri, offering a tasty array of Italian dishes in a casual outdoor atmosphere. Menu highlights include spaghetti, lasagna and ravioli with a Caribbean and seafood flare. Reservations required. Beach Grill - Serving popular snacks and grilled favorites such as burgers, pizza, jerk chicken, sandwiches, fries, wraps and more!

Calabash - This is a favourite of everyone, a fantastic new Caribbean Restaurant which shows you the real taste of Creole and Caribbean dining, bookings must be made beforehand to avoid disappointment and a dress code applies, no shorts or cut offs and collars for the men and dresses and casual blouses, no flip flops!

Guests may also select from spa therapies such as Hot Stone Massage or body wraps utilizing fresh Aloe from our garden. For a more romantic experience, Kai Mer also offers private oceanfront couples massages. Teens and kids are also welcome to enjoy treatments with a parent.
