Scattered around the beach and onto the surrounding hillside you will find the 49 room accommodation tucked away into individual buildings, some gazebo, some tree house style and 12 at beach level offering amazing views and privacy. Anse Chastanet has four restaurants, there is the new Jungle Grill on our second beach where lunch is served 10:00am untill 4:00pm except Saturdays when its noon untill 3:00pm, The Treehouse Restaurant which is open for breakfast every morning and Caribbean fine dining in the evenings except Tuesdays, Emeralds the new vegetarian restaurant which is a real taste sensation really worth a try, the Beachside restaurant Trou Au Diable is open for lunch every day and which transforms into Apsara during the evenings so you can experience their East India- Caribbean fusion menu, this is also open all evenings except Tuesdays where you can enjoy the food right on the waters edge at the Beach Grill. After you have experienced this fine cuisine why not stroll into the Piton Bar to relax and enjoy the beautiful tropical evening with an amazing cocktail or two!!
